OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS & STEPS
2. Initial Evaluation
Our research team will assess all information based on the material submitted by the nominees.
Nominees are evaluated based on supporting evidences.
Carefully evaluated nominations will be presented to the Award Selection Committee, a panel of leaders which decides the award recipients.
3. Selection Process
The committee will cast their final judgment based on various criteria.
The final judgment is made by a jury panel based on 30 categories & subcategories.
Note: Once winners are confirmed each awardee will be personally notified. After award is confirmed, you will be contacted by our team to complete your registration as an awardee and pay for event attendance.
4. Finalist Nomination
Shortlisted winners are contacted individually via a congratulatory email.
You can contact our team for additional assistance for the outreach. After their registration, awardee will be confirmed. (A great way to maximize your exposure gained from such a prestigious achievement)
5. Award Confirmation & Promote your win
The final nomination categories are finalized. Nomination Final Posters will be posted through the dedicated Insta page @artisticluminaryawards
We recommend all our awardees to publicly announce their win through their independent social media platforms, blogs, press release to gain maximum exposure.
6. Luminary Award Ceremony
Final Dates of the award event will be intimated through our social media and emails. Each winner will receive the title of the best in their category, along with the prestigious ALA trophy and certificate.
